Most of our orders are shipped within one business day of purchase from our sunny Charlotte studio, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-10 business days of its ship date, or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska.
If you need your item(s) sooner and are within the U.S., please select an expedited shipping option. Our primary carriers are USPS and UPS. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please note that expedited shipments must be placed by 2PM Eastern Standard Time to be shipped same-day.
We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays.
We charge an $8.00 return label fee for all returns. As a small business, we thank you for your support in creating sustainable, slow fashion.
Do You Ship Internationally?
FLORA by Alexandria now offers free shipping for international orders.
Please note that shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes.
UK orders below the value of €135 will NOT incur any import tax or duties.
All orders ship via DHL Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders placed Monday through Friday after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. For international orders, please allow at least 5-7 business days for order processing and verification.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is authorized and another email with the shipping confirmation and tracking details once the package is dispatched.

If you select the option to waive signature upon delivery, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
