About Alexandria

Alexandria Cruz, founder of Flora by Alexandria, was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, but spent her earliest years living in beachfront hotels and resorts throughout Puerto Rico while her father managed properties along the coast of San Juan.

Surrounded by palm-lined gardens, ocean air, tropical florals, and the magic of vacation living, she grew up believing beauty and serenity could be part of everyday life.

Those formative years became the foundation of Flora by Alexandria. Alexandria designs each piece to capture the feeling of a getaway—sun-washed colors, feminine ease, and the joy that florals naturally bring.

Inspired by resort life and the nostalgia of travel, her collections are created to make every day feel a little lighter, brighter, and more like being on holiday.
