Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note, that items marked as limited edition or limited run are not returnable, however, these items are available for exchange. Items marked as final sale are non-returnable. 
 
We charge an $8.00 return label fee for all returns. As a small business, we thank you for your support in creating sustainable, slow fashion. 

Exchanges

Shop with confidence knowing you can easily exchange your items if the fit isn't right, swap it for a different design, or ask for a store credit. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us at FLORA. In the unlikely scenario, you receive a faulty item or you want to swap sizes you can exchange it within 14 days of receipt. 

How to make a return/exchange:  


1. Please visit our Returns Portal to start your return/exchange request.
2. Once your request is submitted a member from our team will either approve or deny your request within 24-48 business hours. If approved, you will receive a shipping label sent straight to your inbox. 
3. Drop your package of in the original packaging at your nearest USPS store.  

Please note the exchange/return process might take up to 15 days (subject to longer if from Canada or Puerto Rico). Goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with tags and returned to us. Failure to return items as listed above may result in the return being rejected and returned to the customer without credit. It is your responsibility to ensure the items reach our premises. Once we receive your returned goods, we’ll send you an email informing you they have arrived safely. We will then inspect all returns within 2 business days to ensure they are in original condition before proceeding with the reimbursement of the item price. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you in the payment method originally used to purchase.
