Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original (or similar) packaging. Please note, that items marked as limited run are not returnable, however, these items are available for exchange pending size/item availability. Items marked as final sale are non-returnable.
Exchanges
How to make a return/exchange:
Please note the exchange/return process might take up to 15 days (subject to longer if from Canada or Puerto Rico).
Goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with tags and must be returned within 5 days of receiving the return label. Failure to return items as listed above may result in the return being rejected and returned to the customer without credit. It is your responsibility to ensure the items reach our premises. Once we receive your returned goods, we’ll send you an email informing you they have arrived safely. We will then inspect all returns within 2 business days to ensure they are in original condition before proceeding with the reimbursement of the item price. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you in the payment method originally used to purchase.
